You are responsible for ensuring that recording and transcribing calls is legal in your jurisdiction.
Access to the App requires Google Sign-In.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
You are responsible for any activity under your account.
NOVA transcribes calls and, with your permission, creates events and tasks in Google Calendar and Google Tasks.
We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions or event creation.
Service availability may vary due to maintenance or technical issues.
You must not misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
You agree not to use NOVA for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with NOVA remain our property.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App without permission.
NOVA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for damages resulting from errors, outages, or misuse of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to NOVA if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using NOVA at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of NOVA after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
